A great day for steps - My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2019
Today was a big day. I took the day off to pack up one of my daughters and get her to the school where presumably she will spend the next four academic years.
Yesterday and today we had multiple send-offs — both fun and tearful — and miraculously, my sister who has been working on a homemade quilt for my daughter showed up with the finished product right before we loaded up!
Wow, right?
And look how cute it looks in her dorm.
Anyway, I got my 10k steps by loading the car st home, then unloading the car at the school and helping my daughter get everything organized, then walking around campus. Then later when my husband and I returned home, my older daughter and I went for a nice evening walk and rounded out the day with another 10k steps.
I captured a picture of this pretty cloud at the end of the day.
