My Actifit Report Card: February 15 2020

I achieved more than 8000 steps yesterday. I am more active than two days ago, and I am glad to reach the minimum goal.

I did a lot of work yesterday including different house chores like washing the dishes, watering the plants, and sweeping the floor.

I also exercised using the equipment I recently bought. I played basketball with my bestfriend who came for a visit, and I also did my laundry, as well as coloring my hair.
