Toady is my activity of the day is change from yesterday in early morning I will go to walk and playing cricket with friends and then go to back home for breakfast and go to work on shop ...

Tomorrow I will not make a post because there was an error from steemit for HF21 update....

Today is my steps was only 5k .....
Because today in afternoon I feel pain in head and ill....
