Today I got all of my steps on my favorite treadmill at the Y. Here is a picture of the treadmill, and I took the pic as soon as I got on it. I really wasn't feeling it today, but I sucked it up and did it anyway. I set the machine on 60 minutes, and it seemed like the longest 60 minutes in history 😆😆😆😆
