Had a solid workout today did some weight training arms and chest so I’m looking like a meat head today who can’t wipe his own arse

hahahha! If you want to buy a house, you could consider moving here in the Philippines. I dunno much about taxes and shit, but from what I've heard from Americans and Canadians moving here, they think our country is an ideal place to retire because converting your money to Philippine peso you'll become rich here. Then we don't have high taxes compared to other countries. Houses are pretty inexpensive.. Of course it's different if you work in the Philippines because of the minimum wage and stuff, but if working online and earning foreign currencies is gonna be your advantage. I'd say we don't have the best internet at the moment but it is good enough to be able to work online!

I looked at some housing prices now too, some stunning modern places for affordable prices like one could buy cash! I’m shook, I’ll have to more research! Our internet sucks too and it’s pretty darn expensive

Price prediction? Let's just see if we can get to 21p first (currently 18.1p) as then I'd have doubled up on all the 24k STEEM I bought during the "low days" last year. Not that I intend on selling anyway, I quite like it around here - if it gets to 50p then it might make me think a bit!
