My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2019
Day started off like any other and I thought I’d take some time out to do some weight lifting and while I was busy I just felt this insane instant pain in my lower back and I went down like a ton of bricks and couldn’t move for a good few minutes!
Managed to get up eventually and get to a a few pain killers and I feel much better now and a lot more mobile! I think I will be leaving the weights alone for the time being and focus on only cardio
Oh well that’s how it goes sometimes, journeys are never a straight line!
Oh and this meme made me laugh so hard, Mandalorian memes are taking over the internet at the moment
