Gestern war ich zu Besuch beim Nightmare MF und habe mich dort mit Freunden getroffen um wieder einmal ausgelassen miteinander zu reden. Ich habe mich bewusst der Situation ausgesetzt und war gespannt darauf ob ich diese qualmige Luft vertrage.

Es hat gestunken wie die Hölle, es war ekelig. Im Moment als ich dort war hatte ich auch nicht das Bedürfnis nach einer Zigarette. Erstaunlicher Weise hatte ich heute aber enorme Entzugserscheinungen. Das passive Rauchen hat das definitiv verstärkt und mir dieses Gefühl gegeben unbedingt eine Zigarette rauchen zu wollen.

Ich bin aber standhaft geblieben, mein Körper sagt zwar ich soll eine rauchen, der Kopf sagt nein.

Yesterday I visited the Nightmare MF and met with friends there to have a good time talking to each other. I consciously exposed myself to the situation and was curious to see if I could tolerate this smoky air.

It stunk like hell, it was disgusting. At the moment I was there I did not feel the need for a cigarette. Amazingly enough I had enormous withdrawal symptoms today. The passive smoking definitely intensified this and gave me this feeling of wanting to smoke a cigarette.

But I have remained steadfast, my body says I should smoke a cigarette but my head says no.
