My Actifit Report Card: October 26 2019(late post)

Yesterday I woke up early, and went out for walking and jogging. I went to a sports center. It was still dark when I started.

Then I decided to go up the grand stand, which I think can give me more sweat.

Then after, I got my bike and went to the baywalk area, just wanted to breath some fresh air. But I saw a guy selling Taho, so I got one. Then I went home.

It was Saturday yesterday and I still have to work, so I went to office then travelled for about 3 hours to my client.

Before I went home, I went to a mall and bought some shirts, then another 2 hours of travel going home. It was a very tiring day. That made me fall asleep early.😁
