Today wasn't a good day at all as I have been dealing with a lot of emotional baggage right now. I have no clue what to do so I did go out for multiple walks which resulted in me getting over 10000 steps. Even though I am happy I got over 10000 steps I am also sad because I did not get any answer to my questions.
