My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2020

It's Monday again and I have a lot to do. I woke up early to prepare our breakfast, and help in as my nephew will go to school today.

Then I have to prepare to go to the bank, and deliver some of the things to the clinic. I still have lots of things to do this afternoon.

I only reached more than 1000 steps yesterday because I don't have the phone with me most of the time.

The picture above is our dinner last night. I cooked the spaghetti, and I am glad I heard positive feedbacks about it.
