My Actifit Report Card: January 11 2020

Day off is done, I am back to my work. Yesterday, I had my day off from work, I got some time to rest. I just stayed at home, but able to go to the beach to have some fresh air.

Meanwhile, I fell short of 5000 steps yesterday. I forgot to move more last night. In the picture, I bought taho in the beach.
