Trekking#5/里山トレッキング#5/My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2020
偶然見つけたお洒落なカフェで、下山後のひとときを過ごします。
時間はちょうどおやつの3:00頃でした。
ゆず茶、ホットコーヒー、チャイをそれぞれオーダーしました。
私はチャイをいただきました。
すっごく美味しくて、ここまでの登ったり降りたりしてきた疲れがふっとびました。
自家製のドライフルーツと薫製ナッツも添えられていて大満足。
しっかり寛いで、山へ戻ります。
ものすごく良い天気が続いていて、林間を見上げるとこんな感じに。
木々の緑と紅葉と青空の色が混ざり合って夢のような色合いになります。
この後も、西に傾きかけた太陽から光が降り注いで、もう夕方なのに木漏れ日の中を歩きました。
帰り道でも素晴らしい紅葉に出会えました。
木の枝が渓谷に向かってせり出していて、扇のように広がっています。
そこに陽の光が差し込んでめちゃくちゃ美しい。
「今日来て本当に良かったね」
と、同僚と改めて感動しながら写真や動画を撮影しました。
夕暮れが近づいてきましたが、時間を計算するともう一つ展望台へ行けそうです。
最後にもうひと登りすることにしました。
「急な階段が続くので、足腰に自信がない人は避けてください」
なんて看板が立っていましたが、行ってみることに。

昨日から今朝まで今年初キャンプへ行っていて、無事帰宅し、この記事を書いています。
今日のactifitの数値は7,500歩台でした。
