My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2019
Yesterday was so hot it was around 40. Thank God that we had aircon on my workplace. Some time i needed to go outside and I could feel the hot coming from door. It was so amazing after being while out side your body adapt outside temperature.
Lot's of walking at work yesterday.
