My Actifit Report Card: December 9 2019

Today I got a decent number of steps at work. I was routering some French casement window stiles for the lock mechanism and the handle.

I took some pictures to show you what I was doing.

First I put a stile on the machine.



Then it bores the pocket for the gear with a horizontal router bit.



Then it makes a hole with a 1/2” bit.



Then it makes two smaller holes with a 1/4" bit.



Then this is what the piece looks like when I'm finished with it.



And here it is with the gear and the handle put in to test that it fits.



I did 87 pieces altogether.

I checked my Actifit app during my lunch break and I already had over 7,700 steps.

That's pretty much what I did for most of my shift at work.

In my last post I said that I was thinking of buying more Steem, and I did. I powered up most of it on my main account and I powered up some on this account and it has now graduated to minnow status. So yay for that!

Anyway, I don't have much else to say so I'll end it here for tonight.
