My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2019

Today I had over 10,000 steps when I left work.

One of the products I was working on was pan covers for double hung windows. They go on the sides and they hold the bug screen in place. All I do on them is two slots each. The bug screen has latches that stick out and latch on to those slots.



I start by loading the program and entering the length of the piece that I’m going to be making the slots on.

You can see on the screen that it shows the four slots that are going to be made by the saw blade.



After that I clamp the pieces onto the machine. I put two at a time; it makes a left and a right.

Then the saw comes out and it comes down and makes the four slots.



The whole process of the machine making those four slots takes about twelve seconds. While it’s doing that, I grab another set and get ready to put it on as soon as the machine is finished with the ones that are currently on.

You can see how I can get many steps just doing my job, especially when it’s something like this that goes fast.

Yesterday, I went to bed early so I was feeling much better today. I'll aim to go to bed at a reasonable time today as well so I can continue feeling better.

Since I've been using Actifit, I've been more careful about what I eat, and I've been losing body fat. One of my coworkers noticed today that I has lost some fat. That's a good thing. Hehe!
