No Parkrun today for me!

My Actifit Blog #518 | 4 January 2020 |


Dark and dark clouds and a very cold wind accompanied my walk today. But fortunately there was no rain and also no snow.

I could not participate in the Parkrun today because of time reasons. Hopefully it will be possible again in one week.

I use the long weekend to do business-related things in my office. Tomorrow a longer run is planned.



Düstere und dunkle Wolken und ein sehr kalter Wind begleiteten heute meinen Spaziergang. Es fiel aber glücklicherweise kein Regen und auch kein Schnee.

Am Parkrun konnte ich aus terminlichen Gründen heute nicht teilnehmen. Hoffentlich klappt es in einer Woche wieder.

Das verlängerte Wochenende nutze ich geschäftliche Dinge in meinem Büro zu erledigen. Morgen ist ein längerer Lauf geplant.
