Kipchoge Marathon World Record Attempt in Vienna tomorrow!

Today I picked up my startnumber for the 10K race on Sunday in Munich.
For a not very experienced and "old" runner like me, 10K is a bit of a challenge, but what challenge must it be for the world's best marathon runner Eliud Kipchoge, who will start his world record attempt of less than 2 hours for 42.195 km in Vienna's Prater tomorrow morning? That's about 21,50 km/hour! And do you know what, he is about 5 cm smaller than me, as I am only 1.72 m !

Heute hab ich in München meine Startnummer für den 10K Lauf am Sonntag abgeholt.
Für einen wenig erfahrenen Läufer wie mich sind 10K schon eine gewisse Herausforderung, aber was muss es für den weltbesten Marathon Läufer Eliud Kipchoge für eine Herausforderung sein, der morgen in der Früh im Wiener Prater seinen Weltrekordversuch von unter 2 Stunden für 42,195 km antritt. Das sind ca. 21,50 km/Stunde! Und wisst ihr was, er ist noch ca. 5 cm kleiner als ich, da ich nur 1,72 m groß bin!
Wer live mit dabei sein möchte kann auf EUROSPORT TV oder im Internet mitfiebern! Ich schau es mir auf jeden Fall an.

I am so excited to see him running tomorrow morning! He is a great guy, also his personality shows he is not only an excellent sportsman but he is very dedicated to his vision to make history in regards to what is possible with running. Great athlete!
