My Actifit Report Card: August 24 2019

This morning I brought my oldest daughter to the airport. She is flying to Uganda again.
At home I did some chores (and worked on my NOBEL token.)
In the afternoon we shopped some clothes for me.
Mindfulness diary:
Health: 100%
Satisfaction: 100%
Energy: 80% (due to a lack of sleep)

I am thankful for that nice day with great weather and lots of time for myself.

Hallo Achim, Uganda ist ein Land mit wunderbaren Menschen. Wir haben seit 2,5 Jahren ein Projekt dort am Lake Bunyonyi. Wir sind kein Verein,sondern nur ein Ehepaar, das helfen möchte. Wir sammeln Geld und immer,wenn 100,-€ zusammen sind, bekommt eine Familie dort ein Solar-Panel,sodass sie Licht haben in ihrem Haus. Letztes Jahr haben wir 55 Stück gekauft, dieses Jahr 19 Stück. Ich bin gerade dabei, die Geschichte aufzuschreiben und habe schon angefangen,es zu posten. Falls dich das Projekt interessiert:
