Naomie Harris (Alicia West) who happens to be a rookie cop was attached to a particular cop for outing. The patrol was going fine until the cop West was attached to (Brown) stopped the police stop and went into an uncompleted building and instructed West to stay indoor.
West heard a gunshot and thought Brown might need help inside; unknowing to her that Brown was one of the bad cops and they had killed a young drug dealer (Zero) who happens to be Darius' nephew. She got the whole event recorded but the bad cops were after her life, not even one that she could trust was there cause they all work together for the bad guys.
West was later framed for the death of the young dealer but luckily for her, her short time friend from the neighborhood helped her to get the camera to the station before she was killed.
Personal Observation.
The movie "Black and Blue" is partly cool, when I first saw the title, my expectations were so high but the movie isn't that bad, it's got a great camera work but not all actors were suitable for their characters.
