Buscando en #hive un motivo para postear, me encontré con la iniciativa semanal de @ladiesofhive, una hermosa comunidad que cada semana nos plantea preguntas que sinceramente mueven las neuronas y el corazón ❤️

Cuáles son mis rituales antes de dormir

No creo tener rituales más allá de los hábitos normales de aseo personal. Los que comento en este post solo son eso, Ya que considerarlos un ritual no creo que sea viable. como tal.

Como vivo sola, no tengo que hacer cosas específicas para un hijo o compañero de vida.

Para dormir normalmente me echo un rico baño, el cual puede ser a temperatura ambiente pero si hay frío pues caliento agua, ya que no tengo calentador y es que soy muy friolenta.

A mí cutis también le hago cariño, me aplico crema hidratante y una vez por semana antes de la hidratante me hago una limpieza intensiva con perejil y pepino licuado.

Ya en cama, prendo la tv y con el celular me pongo al día de noticias. De familia y amigos. De los cercanos y lejanos.

Y para cerrar los ojos hago mi oración de gratitud y peticiones de salud por los que conozco y los que desconozco también, además de pedir más fortaleza para los días que me queden por vivir.

¿De quién o qué foto está en la página de inicio de tu teléfono? Y por qué la has elegido?

Te cuento que desde que comenzaron a salir los Smartphone y entre sus bondades estaba colocar esas fotos en la pantalla, al inicio comencé con aquellas imágenes prediseñadas que tenía el cel y mas adelante fui escogiendo mis propias imágenes, mis diseños, mis dibujos, mis super héroes (porque también me gustan a pesar de mi edad jajaja), el último que tuve en mi pantalla e incluía el fondo del whatsapp fue el Capitán América el papi que hizo este film es Steve Rogers <3 <3 ❤️❤️

Pero ya el tiempo para esa imagen ya ha pasado y desde el año pasado tengo en mi pantalla solo fotos de mi hija y nieta. Las cambio de vez en cuando porque tengo muchas.

Por qué ellas?

Qué te puedo decir... Son mi tesoro más preciado. Son los seres que más amo. Aparte es que vivimos separadas así que anhelo verlas aunque sea cada vez que abro el cel.

Por otra parte está la situacion de la pandemia que nos ha limitado, en cierta medida, de andar viajando de un lado a otro pero siempre con el deseo de estar juntas.

What are my rituals before bedtime.

I don't think I have any rituals beyond normal grooming habits. The ones I discuss in this post are just that.

Since I live alone, I don't have to do specific things for a child or life partner.

To sleep I usually take a nice bath, which can be at room temperature but if it's cold I heat water, since I have no heater and I'm very cold.

Now in bed, I turn on the TV and with my cell phone I catch up on the news. Family and friends. Of those near and far.
