Hello dear community that loves to grow.

I introduce myself, I am Zully and a long time ago I studied in a farm school, there in my high school they gave me the title of Technician in Phytotechnology, and well, I must say that I have not done much honor to everything I learned there, from fruit crops to planting Californian worms to make good fertilizer for plants.

The truth is that I love planting and especially taking care of the plants in my garden. When I lived in my own house in Margarita Island, Venezuela I had many fruit trees such as lechoza (papaya), Guanabana, banana and even coffee.

For reasons of life I had to return to the city, and although I live in a place that has no land for planting I have managed to grow some plants that are the ones I come to show you today.
to show you today.

Let's start with this beautiful sweet bell pepper plant, as you can see they are still green and small, they still need to grow, it has rained a lot these days and they have been very happy to the point of giving us 7 beautiful peppers. This is very special because with them I can season my meals. It has taken about 5 months for the chili bell pepper plant to start harvesting, but it has been worth it.

Here you can also see this scallion, or onion on branch, he grew because we planted the head of one that we bought at the market and little by little it has been populating, from time to time I harvest a few sprigs to season soups and stews but it is always green and giving more branches.

One of the new plants that has begun to grow, because I snuck some seeds without realizing it, was this beautiful parchita plant (passion fruit), we put some lines of thread so that it can be entangled, hopefully soon we can make a rich juice with its fruits, the only thing I do not like is that it was born in the same place of my lemon plant and now I do not know what to do, because I fear to transplant it and that it is going to die. On the other hand the lemon plant is being affected, it is something that I must solve soon.

Also a pumpkin plant has been born spontaneously, in the place where I place the organic waste, previously another one was born there that gave us 2 beautiful pumpkins and now we are waiting for this one to finish flowering and somewhere the small fruits appear, since with them we make very tasty cakes.

Sometimes we think that in city houses we can not grow food, in my case I have done it in a somewhat disorderly way, but it has turned out that I have been able to enjoy some fruits and vegetables harvested organically, even a few months ago we had a harvest of tomatoes and it was great.

I want to locate some spaces to start planting other vegetables, for example cilantro and parsley which are very important, I would also like to plant lettuce and maybe sow tomatoes again, I will tell you more later. The truth is that every day it becomes more important to be able to have small crops at home, to be more and more self-sustainable and to learn how to make spaces where to plant that help us in our economy.

Soon I will continue to share with you the evolution of my plants and their harvests.

Cuddles

With love

a mostrarles hoy.

Zully
