Ahorita hay un sin fin de variedades de tortas, que no nos deja de sorprender, con frutas, algunas verduras, hortalizas, que también han sido el resultado de la situación que vivimos mas que todo los que vivimos en Venezuela, estas tortas quizás ya existían pero en mi país, no era muy comunes.
Una de esas tortas de frutas, es la de cambur es muy rica, las hacen con la pulpa, pero esta es con la cascara o concha del cambur, si así mismo como me leen.
