Saludos amigos de esta comunidad para familias y amigos, donde compartimos esos momentos de celebraciones, salidas y momentos especiales con quien, con ellos con la familia o amigos, en esta ocasión fue con unas colegas, que ya nos encontramos felices, jubiladas porque cumplimos nuestro tiempo en una hermosa profesión quizás la mas bella de todas como lo fue ser MAESTRAS.
Recientemente en Venezuela el 15 de enero se celebra el dia del maestro, no porque estemos jubiladas, no quiere decir que no lo celebremos, pues si, aunque en esta ocasión fue diferente, porque casi siempre lo hacemos con los colegas con los cuales trabajamos en la escuela o liceo, pero esta vez lo hice con otras colegas de otra escuela que me hicieron una bonita invitación, así que fui.
Nos encontramos en Tio Ammi, antes Ciudad Traki, en donde esta la Feria de la Comida, donde hay muchos locales con todo tipo de comidas, mesas y sillas libres, espacio que sirve mas que todo para que el personal de los diferentes otros locales en su hora de almuerzo ahí lo hagan.
Salí de mi casa antes de las 12, me llegue a la parada, me fui en un carrito, el cual llegue mas rápido. Quien me hizo la invitación, fue mi comadre Mitzaida, que trabajo en esa escuela, como no había llegado, mientras la esperaba, camine, viendo dentro de Tio Ammi, menos mal que por ver, no se paga.
Después de ver, me fui a la feria de la comida, busque y me senté a esperar a mi comadre, que me escribió, que ya venia llegando, cuando así fue que llego, nos vimos y nos fuimos a unas mesas donde ya estaban las otras colegas.
Juntamos otras mesas, seriamos como 12, pero a la final fuimos 8 colegas, las demás dijeron que ya no vendrían, así que dimos inicio al compartir, me presentaron, ellas también, para agradecer el gesto les obsequie un detalle que hice de unas lindas rositas, que luego les enseñare como se hacen.
Ellas algunas también llevaron algo para picotear para empezar, ya que luego la comida principal serian unas pizzas, que pagaríamos entre todas, llevaron: crema de berenjena con galletas, chicharrones, galletas, refrescos, así que entre conversaciones y comedera, pasamos un buen rato.
Luego llegaron las pizzas, que una de ellas se encargo de repartir en los platos que llevaron ellas también. Esta pizza no se como se llama, pero tenían maíz y aceitunas, lo que si es que las pizzas todas son muy ricas.
Esperamos otro rato, seguimos comiendo je je, esta vez torta y un pays de limón que estaba muy rico, una de ellas nos compartió Flor de Jamaica que llevo, así que ya en mi casa preparare este te. Otra estaba anotando las fechas de cumpleaños para las próximas reuniones, que bueno.
Ya a las 5 de la tarde, bueno nos toco despedirnos, ya luego me avisarían para el próximo compartir, ya que se reúnen constantemente, a diferencia del grupo de la escuela donde trabaje, que nunca se ponen de acuerdo y siempre hay un pero.
Salimos de Tio Ammy, yo me fui hasta la parada, espere de nuevo un carrito, me quede en la manga de coleo, espere una cola, para llegar a mi casa.

On this occasion, it was with some colleagues, who are now happily retired after fulfilling our time in a beautiful profession, perhaps the most beautiful of all: being TEACHERS.
Recently, on January 15, Teacher's Day was celebrated in Venezuela. Just because we are retired does not mean that we do not celebrate it, because we do, although on this occasion it was different, because we almost always do it with the colleagues we work with at school or high school, but this time I did it with other colleagues from another school who gave me a nice invitation, so I went.
We met at Tio Ammi, formerly Ciudad Traki, where the Food Fair is held. There are many stalls selling all kinds of food, with tables and chairs available for people to sit at. The space is mainly used by staff from the different stalls to have their lunch break there.
I left my house before noon, got to the bus stop, and took a bus, which got me there faster. The person who invited me was my friend Mitzaida, who works at that school. Since she hadn't arrived yet, while I waited for her, I walked around and looked inside Tio Ammi. Luckily, you don't have to pay to look.
After watching, I went to the food fair, looked around, and sat down to wait for my friend, who texted me that she was on her way. When she arrived, we met up and went to some tables where our other colleagues were already sitting.
We pushed some tables together, there were supposed to be about 12 of us, but in the end there were only 8 colleagues, the others said they weren't coming, so we started sharing. They introduced me, and I introduced them. To thank them for the gesture, I gave them a little gift I made with some pretty little roses, which I'll show you how to make later.
Some of them also brought snacks to start with, since the main meal would be pizza, which we would all pay for. They brought eggplant dip with crackers, pork rinds, cookies, and soft drinks, so between conversations and eating, we had a good time.
Then the pizzas arrived, and one of them took care of distributing them onto the plates they had brought. I don't know what this pizza is called, but it had corn and olives on it. All the pizzas were very tasty.
We waited a little longer, continuing to eat, hehe, this time cake and a delicious lemon pie. One of them shared some hibiscus tea that she had brought, so I'll make some at home. Another was writing down birthdays for future gatherings, which is great.
At 5 p.m., it was time to say goodbye. They would let me know when the next gathering would be, as they meet regularly, unlike the group at the school where I work, who can never agree on anything and always have an excuse.
We left Tio Ammy's, I went to the bus stop, waited for another bus, stayed in the queue, waited in line, to get home.
