[ESP-ENG] BISTECS GUISADO CON PAPAS // STEAKS STEW WITH POTATOES
Today I want to share with you the recipe for a steak stew with potatoes that I made for lunch, it is a very rich, complete and very nutritious dish.
This recipe is a great option for everyday meals. It can be taken as a main dish, because it is loaded with potatoes, we can accompany it with rice and fried plantain.

To make this dish we need the following ingredients
3 bistecs de carne de res
1 papa grande º
1 cebolla pequeña

Una cucharadita de comino comino
5 dientes de ajo
1 cucharadita de onoto en polvo
Una ramita de cilantro
Una ramita de celery
3 beef steaks
1 large potato º
1 small onion
A pinch of pepper
A teaspoon of cumin cumin
5 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of onoto powder
A sprig of coriander
A sprig of celery

We start by washing and cleaning the steaks well, remove the white parts with a knife and cut them into small pieces.
Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely. We do the same with the onion, peel it and chop it, although it does not need to be cut as finely as the garlic. Wash the tomatoes, paprika, peppers and cilantro and cut them into small pieces, blend the cilantro, wash the potato, peel it and cut it into small pieces.
In a frying pan put the oil over low heat, add the garlic, onion, peppers, cumin and pepper, tomatoes, and onoto powder, and sauté.
Then add the steaks, cilantro and celery previously blended and add salt and cook over low heat for 30 minutes stirring to unify the flavors.
Finally, add the potatoes, stir and add a cup of water, cover the pan and cook over
low heat for one hour.
