Excellent! I have always found the motivation the force behind any company, however small it may seem.
Thank you! Motivation is indeed a sketchy thing - we can have it one moment, but if we don't act it can disappear the next moment! From my experience working as a software engineer, I always found the level of motivation was higher working for a start-up company with a small team than working for a huge corporation, with a huge team.
