Wednesday Walk on a Golfy Thursday!

The best 5k+ steps workday I can imagine is golf. Besides the activity, it is outdoors in the nature and fresh air.
If that wasn’t enough, you have a solid 4 hours to talk about stuff. Business stuff, conversation, relationship building and competitive fun.
Then, you remember we are still in a phased lock down, in the middle of a global pandemic, in the critical firs t few years running your own business, and this is about as bad as it gets.
It is not too bad that there is a bit of work to do with the course we just played.
Might as well cap it off with a beer with a friend.

Who you go golfing with? I used to a lot before the princesses came along. Yesterday, they pulled out some old irons I had on a shelf in the garage. Pulled out a bucket of wiffle golf balls for em and let em go to town. They were pretty impressed I could chip it in the pool every time😎

Kids are real golf killer, no doubt about it. We tried to make them warm for golf but football won the battle.
I mainly golf with my business partners and wife. I bought the kids a set of clubs at a garage sale but they never got into it.
Haven’t been to the golf course this year 😔

For me now, I am the boss and I don’t have to ask for permission or feel bad. Plus, my contractor loves golf so he reminds me, and we talk business. Then there is the exercise and blockchain rewards!

I have many friends and colleagues who played golf but I have never got into it myself, not sure why as I love walking so it would make sense to do that, but I would probably be happier walking the course with other splaying golf and me taking photos LOl

That would work too! I would suggest grabbing a beer and hitting a driving range. Bashing balls is fun enough and you may find you like it enough to try it. Great for walking for sure.
