How to combat with negative thinking !!!

Negative thoughts are killer. You will not know when and how it kills your creativity, positive vibes and thus your life. It leads to an unhappy life, a life full of negativity. But it's not the end, there are always doors open to come out from the negative thoughts. I have to approve that it's not easy but it's not impossible. It depends on our will power.

So, let's see how we can do that?

  • Always focus on good things. When you start to think negatively about any person, situation or event; even it's imaginary, try to point out what's the positive things in that person or situation. You will definitely find many which you can count on.

  • Talk positive. Like, say you are feeling good or what a beautiful day! It's not like pretending ourselves. Rather it's more like giving our brain the message that we are doing fine.

  • Befriend with positive-minded people. It's very necessary to be with the people who think and talk positively. They will help us to be positive.

But most importantly, be mindful. If you focus on your surroundings, if you practice being grateful and thankful for what you have; you will gradually shift your focus on positive things in life. And, make sure to come out from the comparison. You definitely will feel refreshed and positive minded.

Being positive is not easy. There will come a lot of time when you will fall in negativity. But always try to focus on the positive side, the good side of life!
