My Actifit Report Card: October 4 2021

Dnes som sa rozhodol upraviť môj denný režim, dlhú dobu zanedbávaný o kardio rýchlu chôdzu. Pretože mi nadváha už začína poriadne vadiť.

Zistil som že na chatku a späť to mam tak hodinku chôdze, alebo 5.25km polnou cestou a cez les. Keď to spojím z mojou vášňou fotografovať je to veľmi príjemné. A navyše som spálil skoro 3000 kJ.

Držte mi palce, chcel by som to opakovať 6x za týždeň.
