Cooking rice

Cooking rice is one major thing we humans on earth must do.
Rice is carborhydrate and can be prepared in different ways and different meals.
Different culture all over d world have different ways and steps in cooking rice.like from Northern Nigerian Tuwo is prepared from rice,and in general we have different ways we cook rice.
Different meals cooked from raw rice are :
Jollof Rice
Fried Rice
Coconut Rice
White Rice which is eaten with stew or any type of soup.
Different culture have their method for cooking rice just like we hear Ghanian jollof rice,Yoruba jollof rice or Nigerian jollof rice,which are all prepared in different ways and have how it is spiced.

Recipe for cooking Jollof rice:
*Raw Rice(major)
*Tomatoe fruit or tomatoe paste
*Pepper
*Salt
*Spices (To give the food good taste and good aroma like dried thyme leaves,curry powder and others)
*Then meat,Fish,egg ,or any prefared protein the blend with it to make it Garnished. 😊😊
*water to cook .

Recipe for Fried Rice:
*Raw rice
*some vegetables to get that beautifull chopped colour tiny balls in d rice like carrots,cabbage,green peas,running beans ,bell peppers (any colour of your choice)
*spice like some grinded powdered spice to get dat green look
*Curry,dried thyme leaves,some nutmegs to blend in
*salt
*vegetable oil to fry
*water to cook.

Recipe for cooking Coconut rice:
*Raw rice
*coconuts(blended and d milk estracted from d blended liquid)
*some spice to blend in
Note:Coconut rice does not need any colour to make it look good to d sight
Its just spiced with the necesary spicies and Garnished well.

Rice is one major meal that no man can avoid eating .

I love rice so much no matter the type. Just that Good looks and taste and Aroma can make me go crazy for cooked rice at any time of d day.
