Warhammer 40k - Review Library 426 - Drukhari, Kabalite Warriors

Everyone needs basic foot troops, but these can be quite harmful... and fast!
Hello everyone! Zak Ludick here from Cape Town, South Africa and this is a Warhammer 40k - Datasheet Review post! I have recently needed to take a new direction. All the details about that is found Here - The Great 40k Review Plan
This is not to just regurgitating the stats and skills. I provide my own assessment of what I think of the unit and its capabilities. Often... about how to use them best... or how to kill them best!
Hobby Fund - Working myself into the clear
With my hobby posts, I generate a hobby fund. 50% of the income goes into the fund. At the moment I put all my HBD earned from Warhammer posts into my alt account @zakl.hobbyfund.
I am collecting funds in the following ways:
- Blogging about Warhammer to earn HBD
- Accepting donations - Can be sent directly to @zakl.hobbyfund in HBD
- Selling some of the collection to friends.
I will do a new estimation of what I owe soon!
Back to the review!
Drukhari, Incubi
10th Edition Index
The Troop choice for the Drukhari. As far as Objective control goes, This is a fairly good unit, though not tough in any way, they are very fast and have a lot of useful weapons.
I would remember well not to ignore or forget about them. Also be careful of sneaky Dark Eldar traps!
A mere 100pts for quite a lot...
Let's check their stats!
Stats
Movement 8"
Toughness 3
Save 4+/5++(armor/invul/Feel No Pain)
Wounds 1
Ld 6+
OC 2
Weapons
Weapon Loadout: Every model is equipped with a Splinter Rifle and a Close Combat Weapon
Options:
The Sybarite can exchange its Close Combat Weapon with a Sybarite Weapon.
The Sybarite can exchange its Splinter Rifle for either:
- A Splinter Pistol
- A Blast Pistol
The Sybarite can be equipped with a Phantasm Grenade Launcher.
1 Kabalite Warrior can exchange its Splinter Rifle with a Dark Lance.
1 Kabalite Warrior can exchange its Splinter Rifle with a Shredder.
1 Kabalite Warrior can exchange its Splinter Rifle with a Blaster.
1 Kabalite Warrior can exchange its Splinter Rifle with a Splinter Cannon.
So of course just use every single option, the Sybarite Weapon and the Blast Pistol... the Splinter Pistol is a waste.

Wargear Abilities - Phantasm Grenade Launcher
The bearer's unit has the Grenades Keyword.
Thoughts
Ok... so they were already pretty good with the OC and the many many guns on them... But the thing that really scares me about them is their ability to use their Sticky Objectives from inside their transport! Too unfair!
It just makes them exceedingly useful in that way! Scary stuff.
100pts for the unit, 75pts for the Raider... wow... I wonder what is the optimal amount for them and still have enough to do other things? I will have to wait and see...
Thank you for reading!
