Hello hivers❤, I want to put us through the importance of having a outside kitchen in a restaurant and lounge. Having a outside kitchen is beneficial to the company, the staffs and customers.This gives the company opportunity of having two kitchens and that will give them the access to be able to have as many product as possible.

This is also gives the staff some freedom of not been overpopulated in a single kitchen, That means they will have to split, while some are working in the inside kitchen some will be operating in the outside kitchen.It makes the work go smoothly as there will be enough space for the staffs to operate..

Also there are some food that can't be produced indoor that makes it compulsory for having a outside kitchen in such organization e.g grills, when you are grilling fish, chicken, turkey e.t.c You need to be where is uncovered, like outside entirely because Of the smoke coming out from the griller needed to be released to the atmosphere for the safety of the staff.

This also serves as a means of advertising the company's product as the names of the food you will be making in the organization can be displayed or written at the top of the outside kitchen where the customers can easily see and read it.Also at the process of making some of the food outside, It can easily attract the customers and makes them want to purchase the food.
