Our nearest forest changes every year. Then the redhead mushrooms grow in huge glades in it, then the chanterelles – at least a slanting braid, then some other gifts of uncle leshy will come out. But it also happens that there is a lull, and there is nothing. I will say this about porcini mushrooms: they happen every year, but at different times and in different quantities. However, this year is like a special one. My mother-in-law and I went together today-in the middle of the week-to our forest (she is retired, and I am on vacation, why not go for mushrooms). There are people in the forest and no one leaves empty-handed – all with mushrooms. We are also not blindly sewn, we found places reserved, untrodden and collected about a bucket of boletus. In addition, many other things were found in our forest: strong raw teeth, a few chanterelles and even umbrellas – they are very tasty with fried eggs!
I think we'll go again before Saturday. It's not worth it for the weekend – there are already so many people going there. And so-we will dry porcini mushrooms in the winter. They smell very fragrant then – I make pleasant memories of autumn and summer.

Наш ближайший лес каждый год меняется. То рыжики в нём растут огромными полянами, то лисички – хоть косой коси, то ещё какие дары дядьки лешего вылезут. Но бывает и так, что затишье, и нет ничего. Про белые грибы скажу так: бывают каждый год, но в разное время и в разном количестве. Однако этот год, словно особенный какой-то. Пошли мы с тёщей вдвоём сегодня – посреди недели – в наш лесок (она на пенсии, а я в отпуске, почему бы не сходить за грибами). Народ в лесу есть и никто с пустыми руками не уходит – все с грибами. Мы тоже не лыком шиты, нашли места заповедные, нехоженые и насобирали по ведру примерно боровиков. Помимо этого много чего ещё в нашем лесу нашли: сыроежек крепеньких, лисичек немного и ещё зонтиков – очень они с яичницей вкусные!
Думаю, до субботы ещё разок сходим. На выходные не стоит – народу и так много туда пойдёт. А так – насушим белых грибов в зиму. Очень они ароматно тогда пахнут – приятные воспоминания об осени и лете навивают.
