Hola mi gente bella y a todos los que hacemos vida en este maravilloso ecosistema, hoy comparto con todos ustedes esta nueva y maravillosa temática que semana a semana nos trae la estimada y amiga @angelica7 hoy lo titula El valor de escuchar de saber que cuando se habla debemos tener en cuenta que escuchar es aprender a valorar a quien habla, usando las herramientas necesarias para avanzar y crecer como persona sabemos que si escuchamos a los demás obtenemos un aprendizaje atraves de las palabras y creamos conciencia para nuestro bienestar.

Hello, my beautiful people, and everyone who lives in this wonderful ecosystem. Today I share with you all this new and wonderful topic that our dear friend @angelica7 brings us every week. Today she titles it “The value of listening,” knowing that when we speak, we must take into account that listening is learning to value the person who is speaking, using the necessary tools to advance and grow as a person. We know that if we listen to others, we learn through their words and create awareness for our well-being.
El valor de escuchar.
El escuchar a los demás es interesarse por esa persona saber lo que padece y lo que necesita, es permitir que esa persona sienta que la apoyamos y comprendemos su necesidad. Cuando escuchamos aprendemos a empatizar con las personas entendamos que escuchar es conectarnos muchas veces con nosotros mismos porque si nos ponemos en el lugar de ellos entenderíamos lo tanto que tenemos que hablar y que seamos escuchado como queremos, escuchar es darle el valor a la comunicación y mantener el respeto con los demás.
Listening to others means taking an interest in that person, knowing what they are going through and what they need, allowing them to feel that we support them and understand their needs. When we listen, we learn to empathize with people. We understand that listening often means connecting with ourselves because if we put ourselves in their shoes, we would understand how much we need to talk and be heard as we want to be. Listening means valuing communication and maintaining respect for others.
No necesariamente escuchamos para bien muchos somos los que utilizamos el mal ajeno para burla esperamos escuchar y hacer ver que todo esta bien pero no prestamos atención a la comunicación no logrando entender lo que la otra persona quiere o desea transmitir y utilizamos su sentir para mal, es por eso que debemos dar el valor cuando se esta hablando, debemos estar atentos saber escuchar y así no crear malos entendidos. Siempre me gusta mirar a los ojos con quien hablo porque así veo el interés y llegamos a conectar mucho mejor y, conocer a las personas saber que ese valor que tuvo para confiar en ti no fue en vano.
We don't necessarily listen for the better; many of us use other people's misfortune to mock them. We wait to listen and make it seem like everything is fine, but we don't pay attention to the communication, failing to understand what the other person wants or wants to convey, and we use their feelings for evil. That's why we must value what is being said, we must be attentive, know how to listen, and thus avoid creating misunderstandings. I always like to look into the eyes of the person I am talking to because that way I can see their interest and we connect much better. Getting to know people and knowing that the value they placed in trusting you was not in vain.
Es importante escuchar y ser escuchado y para eso debemos dar valor a lo que se habla, que sea agradable y de esta forma la comunicación se transforme en un vinculo mutuo entre personas que apreciamos ese valor al escuchar a los demás. Nosotros hablamos con nuestro YO interno y nos respondemos, damos solución a lo que expresamos al escuchar fortalecemos y mostramos empatia hacia esa persona que emite la conversación, es bueno muchas veces no interrumpir la comunicación pues se desaparece ese lazo de confianza y, cultivamos y aprendemos que el escuchar es dar valor a la persona que con la que se entabla la comunicación.
It is important to listen and be heard, and to do so we must value what is being said, make it pleasant, and in this way communication becomes a mutual bond between people who appreciate that value in listening to others. We talk to our inner self and respond to ourselves, we provide solutions to what we express, and by listening we strengthen and show empathy towards the person who initiates the conversation. It is often good not to interrupt communication, as this breaks the bond of trust, and we cultivate and learn that listening means valuing the person with whom we are communicating.
Asi como todos las semanas me despido de ustedes esperando que esta comunicación les sea de su agrado recordando que el valor de escuchar es sentir empatia hacia los demás que cada quien cultive y aprenda de los que día a día damos lo mejor de nosotros para ser escuchado, recordando que aquí nos dan las herramientas necesarias para aprender y crecer como persona.
