Hola queridos amantes de la costura, espero estén bien y que tengo un feliz inicio de semana. Éste linda tela fué un regalo que me dieron, me dijeron: cómprate algo y yo sin dudarlo me fuí de comprás, entre varios cositas que compré está incluida está tela y es que no puedo y al centro sin pasar por El Castillo (centro textil), entonces compré está linda tela y quise inicialmente hacer un pijama pero no me iba alcanzar por qué solo compré medio metro, así que busque una blusa que tenía en mi armario y que me gusta mucho para hacerla del mismo corte, está es una blusa manga kimono o o corte murciélago, me encanta mucho este tipo de blusa y está manga por qué es ligera además que es muy fácil de confeccionar, así que si quieres saber cómo hacer este tipo de manga aquí les dejo mi paso a paso y espero que les guste.

This nice fabric was a gift that I was given, they told me: buy yourself something and without hesitation I went shopping, among several things I bought is included this fabric and I can not go to the center without passing through El Castillo (textile center), then I bought this nice fabric and initially wanted to make pajamas but I would not reach me because I bought only half a meter, so I looked for a blouse that I had in my closet and that I really like to make the same cut, this is a kimono sleeve blouse or batwing cut, I love this type of blouse and this sleeve because it is light and it is very easy to make, so if you want to know how to make this type of sleeve here I leave you my step by step and I hope you like it.
Necesitaremos || We will need
- Medio metro de tela de algodón
- Tijera
- hilo negro
- Cinta métrica
- camisa molde
- Alfileres
- Aguja y máquina de coser
- Half a meter of cotton fabric
- scissors

- Tape measure

- Needle and sewing machine
Paso 1 || Step 1
Colocamos la camisa modelo sobre la tela, vamos a cortar de la tela de algodón colocando el lado que más estira de dirección horizontal, necesitamos sacar dos piezas para la camisa (delantera y trasera), en este caso este tipo de camisa lleva solo dos piezas pues la manga va cortada de una vez. Debemos tener en cuenta que el contorno del cuello de la pieza delantera es más bajo que el de la pieza trasera.
We place the model shirt on the fabric, we are going to cut from the cotton fabric placing the side that stretches more horizontally, we need to get two pieces for the shirt (front and back), in this case this type of shirt has only two pieces because the sleeve is cut at once. We must take into account that the contour of the neck of the front piece is lower than that of the back piece.
Paso 2 || Step 2
Después de tener la dos piezas cortadas (Delantera y trasera), enfrentamos los derechos de las piezas. Cosemos los costados de la camisa y la parte de los hombros como te muestro en la imagen. Pasamos costura recta y luego zigzag para rematar la costura.
After having the two pieces cut (front and back), we face the right sides of the pieces. We sew the sides of the shirt and the shoulder part as shown in the picture. We sew a straight seam and then zigzag to finish the seam.
Paso 3 || Step 3
Vamos a cortar dos tiras de 8 cm de ancho para los vivos de las mangas y una tira de 4 cm para el cuello, estás tiras tienen que tener el largo suficiente.
Procedí a coser los vivos en la parte de las mangas, tome la tira de 8 cm y la doble la mitad dejando el lado estampado hacia afuera, ahora la sujeté con alfileres al contorno de la manga enfrentando derechos y luego cosí a máquina, procedí a coser en la parte externa de la manga una costura decorativa.
We are going to cut two 8 cm wide strips for the sleeve piping and a 4 cm strip for the collar, these strips have to be long enough.
I proceeded to sew the piping on the sleeve part, take the 8 cm strip and fold it in half leaving the printed side facing out, now I pinned it to the sleeve outline facing right sides together and then sewed by machine, I proceeded to sew a decorative seam on the outside of the sleeve.
Paso 4 || Step 4
Para el cuello hacemos el mismo procedimiento que hicimos para las mangas. Doblé la tira de 4 cm y la sujeté con alfileres al contorno del cuello enfrentando derechos y luego cosí a máquina, procedí a coser en la parte externa con línea recta.
For the collar we do the same procedure as we did for the sleeves. I folded the 4 cm strip and pinned it to the contour of the collar facing right sides together and then machine stitched, I proceeded to sew on the outside with a straight line.
Paso 5 || Step 5
Para finalizar la confección de esta linda blusa manga kimono vamos a coser la orilla de la blusa, quise hacer la parte delantera de la blusa más corta que la de atrás, luego doblé hacía a dentro medio centímetro y luego volví a doblar para luego coser a máquina todo el contorno.
To finish the making of this cute kimono sleeve blouse we are going to sew the edge of the blouse, I wanted to make the front part of the blouse shorter than the back part, then I folded inwards half a centimeter and then I folded again and then machine sewed the whole contour.

Me encantó la tela y el modelo que elegiste porque aunque la tela la habías pensado para pijama no se ve en lo absoluto que es de pijama 🤩
A modo de sugerencia para evitar que la tela se te Hilache, te recomiendo para los bies (vistos) que cortes tiras un poco más anchas de forma que puedas doblar hacía adentro los extremos y luego doblando a la mitad, te quedaría como si le hubieses hecho un ruedo a ese bies y los hilos quedarán hacía adentro 😄
Holaaaa, bueno la modelo soy yo, había pensado en ella para pijama por qué es una tela muy suave. Gracias por tu sugerencia, me di cuenta de ese detalle cuando ya lo había cosido, ahorita mi máquina tiene problemas con el zigzag así que como era para mí decidí dejarla así, pero lo tendré en cuenta para la próxima, gracias por tu comentario 😊😁😄
