I am free to determine my holidays

Hello

I've been very busy these past few days, starting with the process of completing my thesis for my final college project. I also have to fill out my resume for the civil service application process. Because we participated in the government employee selection process a few months ago, I haven't been very active on the Hive blog. I apologize.
Speaking of the holiday season, in my area, holidays have been set by the government in the calendar, and we all certainly love holidays.

For those who work in offices, whether in the government or the private sector, they certainly long for more holidays on the calendar. However, this is all regulated by country regulations. How many days of holidays are allowed in a year? And that has gone through a process of deliberation from various parties; it's impossible for holidays to exceed or equal work days.

However, this is very different for those of us who don't work in government offices or the private sector. We work for private businesses, such as farmers, plantations, traders, and so on. We are free to set our own schedules for when and how many days off we want. No one prohibits us, so freedom is on our side. For example, I don't have a contract with the government or a private company. I work for my own business, so no one dictates when I can come to work, what time I can leave, and when I can take my days off. Because I bear all the consequences, I am free to determine the direction of my business. There are no rules, no one to obey, and I am free to act to achieve a pleasant life goal.

I see those who work in government and private companies, how miserable they are, always being held back by a system of rules. In the morning, they have to rush to work to make it to work time so they won't be late. Now, they use a pinjer print attendance system that cannot be manipulated because all data is recorded when they start clocking in, and the system records what time they are. When they come to work, they are required to work eight hours a day, unable to leave because CCTV is constantly monitoring them in every corner of the office. They must also complete an online attendance form when they go home, so they are always bound by regulations. And so on, the system is constantly updated, and they are bound by the system's rules and policies.

How boring it is for those who have two days off a week, so they long for more holidays on the calendar. I apologize, not offending those who work in government or private companies. They have rendered great service and deserve appreciation. After all, without government workers, how could the government function? They deserve recognition, because not everyone can endure a system of rules at work.

To manage my spending, I also limit my family's vacation schedule. If not managed well, vacations will certainly impact my family's finances. Even though I have plenty of time and the freedom to take vacations at any time, that doesn't mean I will splurge and ignore my family's future. Sometimes I choose not to take a vacation for a month to balance my family's finances.

This month is the holiday season. The famine, or economic downturn, is currently occurring because it's not yet the rice harvest season. Many people in the fields are complaining about a lack of money. So, I've chosen not to waste money and to avoid family vacations to save money. I'll take my family on vacation after the harvest, when our economy is at its peak.
