✴️Fried rice noodles with bean sprouts are delicious✴️



Good evening all friends in the beloved vegan community, tonight I will show you a recipe for bean sprout vermicelli with a mixture of selected spices that is delicious to cook at any time.



Vermicelli is one of the noodles that is very delicious when prepared with any vegetables, usually I also often cook noodles by adding other vegetables such as mustard greens, carrots, and many other vegetables that can be mixed and also processed together with these vermicelli.



Every time I cook it, I always make the spices at home in the right amount for the noodles. It's no surprise that my child really likes this vermicelli, apart from not being spicy, it is also delicious to enjoy even without rice.



ingredients :

🔹3 squares of vermicelli.
🔹100 grams of bean sprouts.
🔹3 spoons of soy sauce
sweet.
🔹1/2 teaspoon
salt.
🔹5 tablespoons
oil.

ground spices :

🔹4 candlenuts.
🔹4 onions
red.
🔹1 onion
white.
🔹8 curly chilies.
🔹2 soup leaves.
🔹1 tomato.



how to make :

🔹soak the vermicelli in water for 12 minutes, when it has risen, drain it, so that the noodles are dry when fried.

🔹chop the soup leaves.

🔹Crush the prepared spices.

🔹chop tomatoes.

🔹Heat the oil, add the chopped and washed tomatoes.

🔹 Add the ground spices, stir evenly.

🔹add sweet soy sauce.

🔹Add salt, stir well.

🔹 Add bean sprouts, cook until cooked and dry.

🔹Add the vermicelli, stir well with the spices, taste test according to taste.

🔹add soup leaves, stir evenly.

🔹prepare and serve.
