Hoy les traigo un delicioso y nutritivo Ceviche de Coliflor con Casabe que es toda una delicia y muy nutritivo.

La Coliflor es una verdura rica en proteína,fibras,vitaminas K y C entre otros nutrientes es beneficiosa para la vista,la piel y nos ayuda con el estreñimiento.

El Casabe es un producto ancestral,es un pan hecho con harina de yuca rico en fibras, nos aporta vitamina C y del complejo B,hierro,magnesio y potasio.ademas es un antioxidante natural.

Cauliflower is a vegetable rich in protein, fiber, vitamins K and C among other nutrients, it is beneficial for our eyesight, skin and helps us with constipation.

The Casabe is an ancestral product, is a bread made with cassava flour rich in fiber, it provides vitamin C and B complex, iron, magnesium and potassium, it is also a natural antioxidant.

Ingredientes

⚪ Coliflor.
⚪ Tomate.
⚪ Pepino.
⚪ Cebolla
⚪ Manojiito de perejil y cilantro.
⚪ Naranja.
⚪ Ketchup.
⚪ Sal.
⚪ Pimienta.
⚪ Sal de limón.

Ingredients.

⚪ Cauliflower.
⚪ Tomato.
⚪ Cucumber.
⚪ Onion
⚪ Manojiito of parsley and cilantro.
⚪ Orange.
⚪ Ketchup.
⚪ Salt.
⚪ Pepper.
⚪ Lemon salt.

Ahora haremos el paso a paso.

⚪ Paso número uno.

• Picamos la cebolla en cuadritos, trituramos el ajo y lo agregamos a la ensaladera.

• Cortamos el tomate en cubos y lo vertemos en la ensaladera.

• Pelamos el.pepino y luego le sacamos las semillas,lo picamos en cuadritos y lo incorporamos.

• Picamos el cilantro muy pequeñito.

⚪ Step number four.

• Chop the cilantro very finely.

⚪ Paso número cinco.

• Tomamos el coliflor y le cortamos el tronco luego le separamos los floretes, lo lavamos muy bien.
• Colocamos una olla con agua en la cocina y cuando hierva lo agregamos y lo dejamos cocinar por espacio de 5 minutos aproximadamente, bajamos del fuego colamos.
• Dejamos reposar.
• Picamos muy pequeñito e incorporamos a la ensalada.

• Exprimimos el jugo de la naranja.
• Vertemos encima de la ensalada.

⚪ Paso número siete.

• Agregamos el kepchup.
• La sal, pimienta y sal de limón mezclamos todo muy bien para que se combinen todos los ingredientes.

Amigos esto es un disfrute al paladar ya que La Coliflor absorve todos los sabores, podemos percibir los ricos sabores dulce de la naranja con el ketchup, el toque picante de la pimienta y la acidez de la sal de limón.
