Saludos queridos amigos de esta maravillosa comunidad @holos-lotus me siento muy complacida de poder participar en este RETO ESCRITURA CREATIVA-INSPIRACION PARA EL CRECIMIENTO, con un tema tan maravilloso como lo es la Lluvia quien no tiene un recuerdo maravilloso con la lluvia o a quien no le ha pasado un percance con la lluvia, a mi en lo particular me encanta por qué tengo muchos buenos momentos vividos con ella, a qui paso a contarle uno muy especial,pero lo disfruten tanto como yo.

Reviví momentos de mi infancia,al despertarme a las 6 de la mañana el día lunes (16/05/22) sentí que estaba lloviendo porque podía escuchar las gotas caer en mi techo, me fui al porche de mi casa para contemplar la lluvia caer y sentir ese único e increíble olor a tierra mojada son unas de las tantas cosas que amo de la lluvia.

Greetings dear friends of this wonderful community @holos-lotus I am very pleased to be able to participate in this CREATIVE WRITING CHALLENGE-INSPIRATION FOR GROWTH, with such a wonderful theme as Rain, who does not have a wonderful memory with the rain or who has not had a mishap with the rain, I particularly love it because I have many good moments lived with it, here I will tell you a very special one, but enjoy it as much as I do.

I relived moments of my childhood, when I woke up at 6 am on Monday (05/16/22) I felt that it was raining because I could hear the drops falling on my roof, I went to the porch of my house to watch the rain falling and feel that unique and incredible smell of wet earth are some of the many things I love about the rain.

Luego abrí mi ventana y deje abierta mi puerta para que la casa se impregnar de ese mágico olor, me fui a la cocina y monte hacer un rico café para disfrutar de tan maravilloso regalo que nos da la naturaleza.

Son las primeras lluvias del mes de mayo aquí en mi tierra Carúpano, Edo Sucre Venezuela.

Luego con mi café en la mano me fui al patio de mi casa y cuando ví el chorro que caía del techo, por un tubo que tengo ahí preparado para recoger el agua de lluvia cuando caiga para después echarlas a las plantas.

Then I opened my window and left my door open so that the house would be impregnated with that magical smell, I went to the kitchen and made a delicious coffee to enjoy such a wonderful gift that nature gives us.

It is the first rains of the month of May here in my land Carúpano, Edo Sucre Venezuela.

Then with my coffee in my hand I went to the patio of my house and when I saw the stream falling from the roof, through a pipe that I have there prepared to collect the rainwater when it falls and then pour it to the plants.

Y fue en ese momento cuando ví caer el agua de la lluvia por el tubo que reviví en mi mente esos mágicos momentos únicos de mi infancia cuando llovía, pero la cosa no era tan fácil primero había que sacar el permiso mis hermanos y yo para podernos ir a bañar, después que maita (abuela) nos daba el permiso salíamos corriendo contentos y ya afuera nos reuníamos con nuestros amiguitos de la infancia.

Que momentos tan únicos aquellos dónde con nuestra inocencia de niños corríamos cuesta arriba y cuesta abajo por toda la calle bajo la lluvia, dónde nos inventamos juegos para hacer únicos esos momentos, dónde lo único que se escuchaba eran nuestras risas y algarabía al chapotear el agua y en esos momentos deseábamos que no dejará de llover nunca, que momentos tan bonitos, únicos aquellos que nunca olvidaré,son sin duda alguna recuerdos que siempre atesorare, y que disfruto cuando les cuento a mis hijas y nietas.
Uno de los otros gratos recuerdos que tengo es una de las creencia que tenía mi maita(abuela) era que si teníamos gripe nos metía a bañar en la lluvia para que se nos quitará y de esta forma no nos enfermarnos más algo que yo lo he hecho con mis hijas y nietas no sé que tan cierto sea pero es como una tradición.

Luego que dejaba de llover y ya cansados de tanto jugar nos íbamos a nuestras casas y al llegar nos mandaban a bañar y luego nos daban una bebida caliente.

And it was at that moment when I saw the rain water falling down the pipe that I relived in my mind those magical unique moments of my childhood when it rained, but it was not so easy, first my brothers and I had to get permission to go swimming, after maita (grandmother) gave us the permission we ran out happy and outside we met with our childhood friends.

What unique moments those where with our innocence as children we ran up and down the street in the rain, where we invented games to make those moments unique, where the only thing that could be heard were our laughter and joy when we splashed the water and in those moments we wished that it would never stop raining, what beautiful and unique moments those that I will never forget, are without a doubt memories that I will always treasure, and that I enjoy when I tell my daughters and granddaughters.

One of the other fond memories I have is one of the beliefs that my maita (grandmother) had was that if we had the flu she would take us to bathe in the rain so that it would go away and in this way we would not get sick anymore, something that I have done with my daughters and granddaughters, I don't know how true it is but it is like a tradition.

After it stopped raining and we were tired from playing we would go to our houses and when we arrived we were sent to take a bath and then they would give us a hot drink.

Y fue así sin pensarlo dos veces puse mi café a un lado, y me metí bajo aquel chorro de agua de lluvia y disfrute plenamente ese momento, recibiendo esa bendición divina que nos manda Dios desde el cielo, y recordando cuando era una niña confieso que me sonreía recordando y añorando tener a mi lado a mis hermanos y amigos para revivir con ellos ese mágico momento una vez mas.

And so without thinking twice I put my coffee aside, and I got under that stream of rainwater and fully enjoyed that moment, receiving that divine blessing that God sends us from heaven, and remembering when I was a child I confess that I smiled remembering and longing to have by my side my brothers and friends to relive with them that magical moment once again.

Luego me puse a ver lo agradecido que se veían los árboles por haber recibido ellos también esa bendición divina que llamamos lluvia, que tanto la necesitaban porque en todo lo que va del año el sol ha sido muy fuerte y sobre todo donde yo vivo que tenemos problemas para que nos llegue el agua por la tubería.
En estos momentos así me detengo a pensar lo increíble y maravilloso que es el mundo y doy gracias a Dios una vez más tantas de sus bendiciónes.

Then I started to see how grateful the trees looked for having received that divine blessing we call rain, which they needed so much because so far this year the sun has been very strong and especially where I live we have problems to get water through the pipes.

In these moments I stop to think how incredible and wonderful the world is and I thank God once again for so many of his blessings.
