The leagues of time bound our souls
Since before love was born or grew its meaning
We shared the story written page by page
Verses and verses disguised as battles and kisses
Together we set the pace, the same melody they sang
Our sighs that a lifetime of whispers told of
Wherever he was, my universe was found
Only each other knew how to put feet on the ground
Though today their longings fly on different paths
Their eternal sister souls together were never separated
In the notebook of life their love grew first
And whispering she still listens to me though I am far away
For we were born to love each other, destiny so traced it out
And in the story of this love a happy ending dreamed of
