Magical soul

Though fairest form she did not own of face,
Within her soul a magic grace did dwell.
Like calm that comes when furious storms abate,
In placid peace her silent virtues dwelled.
Her smile appeared but rare, kept in reserve
For inward gazes into darkness' void,
Where passions shared with lovers unrestrained
And reasons fled for flights avoid.
With presence subtly strong yet softly spoken,
Through every pore her charm did interlace,
In depths serene turmoil's scars lay strewn -
A stormy center gainst a mirror's gaze.
Both tempest's echo and a lotus' grace,
In fragments fair her secrets were entwined.
