Today after many days I went for a morning walk.🚶🚶

Hello friends, hope you all are healthy, well and are living a happy and peaceful life.

Friends, today after a long time, I had to go for a morning walk. For many days, my health was not good, due to which it was becoming quite difficult to get up early in the morning.

Friends, there is a saying that man learns a lot in difficult situations and this is what happened. Due to a little deterioration in health, I realized that the biggest asset of a man is his healthy body. If he does not have it, then he has to face a lot of difficulties.

Following my old routine, today I was a little better, so I went for a morning walk. Me and my friend went out for a walk at around 4.40 in the morning and like every day, we went for a walk towards the army cantonment. Today we did not do running because today was the first day. We thought that we should acclimatize our body a bit for a few days and in 2-3 days we will go running again.
