¡Un gran saludo estimados amigos!. El día de hoy preparé una receta fácil de hacer y muy sabrosa para comer a cualquier hora del día. Hice unos "Tostones de Topocho con Ensalada de Atún". Los topochos son familia del plátano y el cambur pero mas pequeños y gruesos. Los tostones son plátanos verdes fritos hechos tortillas con sal al gusto y se fríen en aceite, también se pueden hacer con cambur verde y en este caso como los hice con topochos verdes. Son muy sabrosos y acompañados con la ensalada quedan deliciosos. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.
A big greeting dear friends!. Today I prepared an easy recipe to make and very tasty to eat at any time of the day. I made some "Topocho (Small Plantain) Fried with Tuna Salad". The topochos (small plantains) are a family of the banana and plantains but smaller and thicker. Tostones are fried and flattened plantains salted to taste, they can also be made with green banana and in this case as I did with green topochos. They are very tasty and accompanied with the salad they are delicious. I hope you like it and enjoy it.

- Topochos verdes, 1/2 taza de aceite, 1 lata pequeña de atún, 1 cucharadita de sal, 1 cucharadita de salsa ketchup, 1 cucharadita de mostaza, 1 cucharadita de mayonesa, 1/2 tomate rojo, 1/2 cebolla, 1 ramita de cilantro.
- Green topochos, 1/2 cup oil, 1 small can of tuna, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ketchup, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise, 1/2 red tomato, 1/2 onion, 1 sprig of coriander.

- Calentar el caldero y agregar el aceite.
- Heat the cauldron and add the oil.
- Quitar la concha a los topochos y colocar en el aceite caliente.
- Remove the shell from the moles and place in the hot oil.
- Dejar dorar por ambos lados.
- Let brown on both sides.
- Y retirar del caldero.
- And remove from cauldron.
- Colocar en una superficie plana sobre un plástico y presionar para que queden delgados.
- Place on a flat surface on plastic and press to make them thin.
- Volver a freír.
- Re-fry.
- Cortar finamente los aliños.
- Finely chop the dressings.
- Añadir el atún a los aliños.
- Add the tuna to the dressings.
- Mezclar todo y agregar la mayonesa, mostaza y salsa.
- Mix everything together and add the mayonnaise, mustard and sauce.
- Rociar sal al gusto a los tostones.
- Sprinkle salt to taste on the tostones.
- Colocar la ensalada de atún a los tostones.
- Add the tuna salad to the tostones.

I ate tuna salad many times. but this is the first time i see it with banana fries. It must be a very different flavor. it looks very delicious. good luck to your hands
