[ESP-ENG] 🍞 ¡Rollos de Queso, Pimentón y Cebollin! / Cheese, Bell Pepper and Chives Rolls! 🍞
¡Feliz día mis estimados amigos!. Hoy con nueva receta, ideal para acompañar una parrilla, comer con cremas etc. Se me ocurrió hacer estos rollos de una manera muy diferente, el resultado me gustó, un sabor demasiado sabroso ya que combiné el queso con cebollín y pimentón, para comer diferente. Espero les guste mi receta y la disfruten.

Today with a new recipe, ideal to accompany a grill, eat with creams etc. It occurred to me to make these rolls in a very different way, I liked the result, a flavor too tasty since I combined the cheese with chives and bell pepper, to eat differently. - 1 1/2 de harina de trigo leudante, 1/4 de taza de agua tibia, 1 cucharada de mantequilla, 1 huevo, 100 gramos de queso blanco, 1 pimentón, 1 ramita de de cebollín, 1 cucharada de levadura, 1 cucharadita de orégano, 1 cucharadita de chía, 1 cucharadita de sal.
- 1 1/2 self-rising wheat flour, 1/4 cup of warm water, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 egg, 100 grams white cheese, 1 bell pepper, 1 sprig of chives, 1 tablespoon of yeast, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of chia, 1 teaspoon of salt.

- Colocar en un tazón la levadura con el agua tibia por 15 min.
- Place the yeast in a bowl with the warm water for 15 minutes.
- Agregar el huevo y mezclar.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Añadir la harina y amasar.
- Add the flour and knead.
- Incorporar la mantequilla y seguir amasando.
- Add the butter and continue kneading.
- Agregar la sal al gusto.
- Add salt to taste.
- Cortar el pimentón y el cebollin en trocitos y agregarlo a la masa.
- Cut the bell pepper and chives into small pieces and add them to the dough.
- Pasar la masa al mesón y amasar.
- Pass the dough to the counter and knead.
- Extender con ayuda del rodillo en forma cuadrada.
- Stretch with the help of the roller in a square shape.
- Cubrir la masa con el queso rallado.
- Cover the dough with the grated cheese.
- Enrollar la masa en forma tubular.
- Roll the dough into a tubular shape.
- Cortar en cuatro partes.
- Cut into four parts.
- Colocar en una bandeja engrasada. Rociar el orégano y la chía.
- Place on a greased tray. Drizzle the oregano and chia.
- Hornear por 15 min o hasta que estén dorados.
- Bake for 15 min or until golden brown.
