¡Saludos a todos estimados amigos!. Iniciando una nueva semana y ya en el mes de octubre, les traigo esta otra receta de una forma diferente de preparar y con pocos ingredientes, hice "Pollo con Apio España", realmente me gustó su sabor y se hace de una forma rápida y sabrosa. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.

Starting a new week and already in the month of October, I bring you this other recipe in a different way of preparing and with few ingredients, I made "Chicken with Celery Spain", I really liked its flavor and it is made quickly and tasty . - 3 ramitos de apio España, 1/2 pechuga de pollo, 1 cebolla, 3 tomates, 1/2 pimentón, 1 ajíes dulces, 1 ramito de cebollín, 4 dientes de ajo, sal al gusto, comino, aceite para freír.
- 3 sprigs of Spanish celery, 1/2 chicken breast, 1 onion, 3 tomatoes, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 sweet peppers, 1 sprig of chives, 4 cloves of garlic, salt to taste, cumin, oil for frying.

- Rallamos los tomates, rallamos la cebolla, rallamos el pimentón, cortamos finamente el ají dulce, ajos y el cebollín.
- We grate the tomatoes, we grate the onion, we grate the bell pepper, we finely chop the sweet pepper, garlic and chives.
- Lavamos y cortamos en filetes la pechuga de pollo.
- We wash and cut the chicken breast into fillets.
- Condimentamos con la sal y el comino.
- Season with salt and cumin.
- Abrimos un hueco en cada filete de pollo e incrustamos el apio España como deseen.
- We open a hole in each chicken fillet and embed the Spain celery as desired.
- En un sartén añadimos aceite, calentamos y colocamos las ramas de apio España con los filetes de pollo incrustados, agregamos el ajo y los sofreímos a fuego medio.
- In a frying pan we add oil, heat and place the branches of celery Spain with the embedded chicken fillets, add the garlic and fry them over heat medium.
- Le damos vueltas de vez en cuando.
- We flip it over from time to time.
- Hasta que doren.
- Until they brown.
- Agregamos los demás vegetales.
- We add the other vegetables.
- Mezclamos los vegetales con el pollo y cocinamos por 10 min.
- Mix the vegetables with the chicken and cook for 10 min.
- ¡Servimos!. Que sabroso huele y sabe.
- We serve!. How tasty it smells and tastes.
