¡Un saludo estimados amigos!. Hice un delicioso almuerzo, preparado con una carne muy blanda, papas y zanahoria. Un guisado de Lagarto sin Hueso. La combinación de ingredientes hace de esta receta algo realmente suculento y con mucha energía, lo recomiendo hacer. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.

- 500 grs de carne, 1 papa, 1 zanahoria, 1 cebolla, 1/2 pimentón rojo, 2 ajíes dulces, 4 dientes de ajo, 1 ramita de cilantro, 1 ramita de perejil, 1 cucharada de sal, 1 vaso de agua, 2 cucharadas de aceite.
- 500 grams of meat, 1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1/2 red bell pepper, 2 sweet peppers, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 sprig of coriander, 1 sprig of parsley, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 glass of water, 2 tablespoons of oil.

- Colocar la carne en el sartén con el aceite.
- Place the meat in the pan with the oil.
- Sazonar con la sal.
- Season with the salt.
- Pelar y cortar en trocitos los ajos y agregar a la carne.
- Peel and chop the garlic and add to the meat.
- Dorar la carne por ambos lados.
- Brown the meat on both sides.
- Cortar los aliños para facilitar el licuado.
- Cut the dressings to facilitate blending.
- Incorporar los aliños en la licuadora y añadir el vaso de agua, licuamos.
- Incorporate the dressings in the blender and add the glass of water, blend.
- Agregar el licuado a la carne y dejar en el fuego por 40 min.
- Add the smoothie to the meat and leave on the heat for 40 min.
- Pelar la papa y la zanahoria y la cortamos en ruedas.

- Agregar la papa y la zanahoria al guiso.

- Cortamos cilantro y agregamos.
- Cut coriander and add.
- Dejamos en el fuego por 15 min más o hasta ver que esté blanda la carne.

A meat dish with plenty of vegetables and rice pilaf. Oh I guess it's been a few months since I made a dish like this. But I generally prefer mutton. I use any chicken meat and oregano. 😋😀
I have seen that they also put onion skins in it while cooking this kind of meat. I used to put onion peel in it when I was cooking lentil soup before. The taste was slightly different.
You can add the ingredients you want, this food is delicious and the meat is very soft. I also like it a lot in soup, thank you very much for commenting and happy day @mehmetfix.
