[ESP-ENG] 🍴 ¡Ensalada de Caraotas Rojas! / Red Bean Salad! 🍴
¡Feliz día estimados amigos!, el día de hoy preparé un almuerzo diferente, hice una "Ensalada de Caraotas Rojas" muy sabrosa; con vegetales y mucha sazón. Hay diferentes maneras de hacerla, pero así me gusta más natural. La combinación es perfecta para disfrutar con un arroz hervido. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.
Happy day dear friends! Today I prepared a different lunch, I made a very tasty "Red Bean Salad"; with vegetables and a lot of seasoning. There are different ways to do it, but I like it more natural that way. The combination is perfect to enjoy with boiled rice. I hope you like it and enjoy it.

- 300 grs de caraotas rojas, 1/2 cebolla, 1/2 pimentón, 5 ajíes dulces, 2 tomates, 1 ramito de cilantro, 1 ramo de apio España, sal al gusto, comino, cúrcuma, aceite, vinagre, agua.
- 300 grams of red beans, 1/2 onion, 1/2 red pepper, 5 sweet peppers, 2 tomatoes, 1 sprig of coriander, 1 bouquet of celery Spain, salt to taste, cumin, turmeric, oil, vinegar, water.

- En una olla con suficiente agua, agregamos las caraotas con una pizca de sal y hervimos a fuego alto por 45 min o hasta que semi ablanden (Como es ensalada no pueden quedar tan blandas).
- In a pot with enough water, add the beans with a pinch of salt and boil over high heat for 45 min or until semi softened (As it is a salad, they cannot be so soft).
- Lavamos y cortamos en trozos la cebolla y pimentón.
- Wash and cut the onion and bell pepper into pieces.
- En un tazón colocamos la cebolla y pimentón previamente cortadas.
- In a bowl we place the onion and bell pepper previously cut.
- Lavamos y cortamos el apio España y cebollín.
- We wash and cut the Spanish celery and chives.
- Añadimos al bol.
- Add to the bowl.
- Lavamos, sacamos las semillas y cortamos en trocitos los tomates y ajíes dulces.
- We wash, remove the seeds and cut the tomatoes and sweet peppers into pieces.
- Agregamos al bol.
- Add to the bowl.
- Colamos las caraotas al estar semi blandas.
- We strain the beans as they are semi soft.
- Agregamos al bol y mezclamos.
- Add to the bowl and mix.
- Añadimos un chorrito de vinagre.
- Add a splash of vinegar.
- Agregamos un chorrito de aceite.
- Add a splash of oil.
- Espolvoreamos sal al gusto, comino y cúrcuma.
- Sprinkle salt to taste, cumin and turmeric.
- Mezclamos y refrigeramos por 15 min.
- Mix and refrigerate for 15 min.
- ¡LISTO!, quedó muy sabroso. Servimos al gusto.
