Hoy les tengo una alternativa diferente para un desayuno, cena o merienda, se trata de un delicioso rollito de plátano maduro con una combinación de sabores, imposible de negarse a no probarla. La receta tiene pocos ingredientes pero deliciosa, algo diferente al paladar y otra idea para compartir. Espero les guste amigos de #FoodiesBeeHive.
Today I have a different alternative for breakfast, dinner or snack, it is a delicious ripe plantain roll with an impossible combination of flavors to refuse not to try it. Ingredientes / Ingredients: 🍌

- 1 plátano maduro, 2 huevos, 100 gramos de queso mozzarella, 1 cucharada de mantequilla.
- 1 ripe plantain, 2 eggs, 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon of butter.

Preparación / Preparation: 🔪

- Pelar el plátano.
- Peel the plantain.

- Cortar el plátano en rebanadas largas.
- Cut the plantain into long slices.

- Engrasar el molde con la mantequilla.
- Grease the pan with butter.

- Colocar las tajadas alrededor del molde.
- Place the slices around the pan.

- Batimos los huevos.
- We beat the eggs.

- Rellenar con el huevo batido.
