¡Feliz inicio de semana estimados amigos de #Hive. Hoy les traigo una receta para que aprendan a hacer un delicioso yogurt líquido, utilizando frutas naturales, ¡la de tu preferencia!. Me gustó mucho, siguiendo los pasos les quedará muy sabroso y la pueden hacer cuando quieran, muy sana y buena para la dieta balanceada, se lo recomiendo. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.

- 1 litro de leche pura natural de vaca (también puede ser de cabra), 1 cucharada de vinagre, 4 duraznos, 1/2 taza de azúcar, 1 colador de tela.
- 1 liter of pure natural cow's milk (it can also be goat's), 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 4 peaches, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 cloth strainer.

- En una olla colocar la leche y llevarla al fuego.
- Put the milk in a pot and bring it to the fire.
- Antes de que comience a hervir agregar el vinagre.
- Before it starts to boil add the vinegar.
- Retirar la olla del fuego y dejamos en reposo para que se corte la leche.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let it rest so that the milk is curdled.
- Dejamos enfriar y colar, si lo quieres más espeso no lo cueles.
- Let cool and strain, if you want it thicker, don't strain it.
- Retirar la concha de los duraznos.
- Remove the shell from the peaches.
- Cortarlos en trocitos.
- Cut them into small pieces.
- Llevarlos al fuego con la azúcar y un mínimo de agua hasta que se haga un almíbar.
- Bring them to the fire with the sugar and a minimum of water until a syrup is made.
- Agregar en la licuadora la leche cortada y el dulce de duraznos.
- Add the sour milk and the peach jam to the blender.
- Y batir.
- And beat.
- Envasa y refrigera por varías horas (mínimo 3 horas) se va a espesar.
- Pack and refrigerate for several hours (minimum 3 hours) it will thicken.
- ¡Servimos frío!. Delicioso.

The final result is delicious, the good thing is that you can prepare it with natural fruits, strawberries, peaches, raspberries, plums, etc., a very good homemade yogurt. thanks for commenting friend @millycf1976.
Yes! I always wanted to make it but had no clue of what was required. I know that I could look it up online, but I like the method and steps you've shown.
