¡Saludos queridos amigos #creativecuisine!. Aquí les traigo una nueva receta muy sabrosa y sustanciosa; la "chocozuela" es la parte de carne magra de la articulación entre la pierna y cadera de la res. esta es la parte de la vaca mas subestimada pero contiene mucho colágeno, su cocción dura alrededor de 40 minutos y no contiene nada de grasa y al ablandar es deliciosa. Normalmente se hace en sopa pero hoy quise hacerla diferente con papas y zanahoria. El resultado me gustó y aquí se lo presento. Espero les guste mi preparación y lo disfruten.

Here I bring you a very tasty and substantial new recipe; The "chocozuela or Sirloin Tip Bone" is the lean meat part of the joint between the leg and hip of the beef. This is the most underrated part of the cow but it contains a lot of collagen, its cooking takes around 40 minutes and it does not contain any fat and when tenderized it is delicious. Normally it is made in soup but today I wanted to make it different with potatoes and carrots. I liked the result and here I present it to you. I hope you like my preparation and enjoy it.

Ingredientes / Ingredients: 🔪


- 1/2 kilo de chocozuela, 2 ajíes dulces, 4 dientes de ajo, 3 papas, 1 zanahoria, 1 cebolla, 1 tomate, sal al gusto, aceite, agua.
- 1.10 lbs of Sirloin Tip Bone, 2 sweet peppers, 4 cloves of garlic, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 tomato, salt to taste, oil, water.

Preparación / Preparation: 🍲


- En una olla con suficiente agua añadimos los trozos de chocozuela y añadimos 1 cucharada de sal.
- In a pot with enough water, add the sirloin Tip Bone pieces and add 1 tablespoon of salt.

- Cocinamos por 45 minutos a fuego alto hasta ablandar.
- Cook for 45 minutes over high heat until softened.

- Al estar blanditos procedemos a cortarlos en trozos del tamaño deseado.

- Lavamos, pelamos y cortamos las papas y zanahoria en ruedas.
- We wash, peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into rounds.

- Lavamos y cortamos en trocitos los ajíes dulces, ajos, tomate y cebolla.
- We wash and cut the sweet peppers, garlic, tomato and onion into small pieces.

- Las colocamos en un plato.
- We place them on a plate.

- En el sartén agregamos un chorrito de aceite y añadimos los aliños cortados previamente.

- Sofreímos por 5 minutos a fuego medio.
- Sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat.

- Añadimos al sartén los trozos de chocozuela, papas y zanahoria, agregamos 1 taza de agua, revolvemos, cocinamos por 10 min a fuego medio y retiramos.
- Add the sirloin Tip Bone pieces, potatoes and carrot pieces to the pan, add 1 cup of water, stir, cook for 10 minutes over medium heat and remove. .
