There are beautiful scenery everywhere in the countryside. The key is whether you find its beauty. I like the rural air very much and wander back and forth in the countryside. I feel that the soil and air here will make people relaxed and happy!

The lotus beans planted by the farmer's uncle are so beautiful and lush. They are blooming and bearing fruit. Their growth is very gratifying. I really want to pick some lotus beans to eat.

In the field, even the spring onion blossoms are a beautiful scenery. I saw the spring onion bloom for the first time. It turned out to be so beautiful, which gave me a long experience.

The fields are full of beautiful scenery. Even the vegetables are old and the little yellow flowers are so beautiful that they feast your eyes!

Are the lotus beans the plants in the first picture? If not, what are they?

I recently watched Jeremy Clarkson's farm on Amazon and it confirmed my suspicions that farmers are incredibly intelligent (and practical) people. When we learn about finance in school, we often get introduced to the idea of Futures contracts with examples about farmers and how they must use these to ensure prices of their produce, or at least hedge. But what they don't teach you in finance, is just how complicated it is (and difficult) to get a good yield on your crops, along with all the environment complications which could ruin the harvest.

Suffice to say, I always respected farmers before, but I respect them even more now. I appreciate your post highlighting some of the farmers in action and the beautiful (if temporary) "stock" they produce.
